These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sundhaus Solutions platform and related services operated by Psinovia LLC, doing business as Sundhaus Group ("Sundhaus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Sundhaus Solutions is a business management platform for home service contractors. Our services include customer relationship management, job scheduling, invoicing, automated communications, AI-powered phone answering, and financial reporting. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Sundhaus Solutions platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly per location. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Our platform enables businesses to send text messages to their customers for service-related communications. By using our messaging features, you agree to the following:

• Program Name: Sundhaus Solutions Customer Communications
• Message Types: Appointment confirmations, technician status updates (en route notifications), missed call follow-ups, invoice and payment notifications, and service reminders
• Message Frequency: Varies based on service activity; typically 1-5 messages per customer interaction
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to end users depending on their mobile carrier and plan
• Opt-Out: End users may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Help: End users may reply HELP for assistance at any time

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate consent from your customers before sending messages through our platform. You agree not to use our messaging services for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or carrier guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Interfere with the operation of our platform or other users' access
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our platform includes AI-powered features such as automated phone answering and chatbot responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI settings for your business. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sundhaus Solutions platform, including its design, features, and technology, is the property of Psinovia LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations during your active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundhaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be deactivated. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
